Nota
Distilling, in Trentino dialect, is called 'lambicar' from 'alembic'. It is an ancient word, as ancient is the tradition of distilling marc in Trentino. Grappa Nota is produced from the pomace of single grape varieties carefully selected in our cellars; it is therefore the Trentino grapes that give, first to the wine and then to the grappa, an unmistakable bouquet and a delicate, fragrant aroma. The pomace is slowly distilled using the "Trentino bain-marie" method. Grappa di monovitigno Nota is distinguished by its aromatic, fine, intense perfume and soft, clean flavour.
